FAQ

Common questions

Clear answers on how we work, what to expect, and how to get started.

Do I need a finished product design?

No. A sketch, reference images, an existing sample or a clear written brief is enough to start. We help develop specifications from there.

Can you help develop a prototype?

Yes. Sampling and prototyping are part of the process — first samples, corrections and approval before larger production.

Do you manufacture everything in your own factory?

Ravvani coordinates development and manufacturing through mapped and partnered factories across India — we match your product to appropriate manufacturers rather than claiming a single in-house floor for all categories.

Can you help with small quantities?

MOQ depends on the category, product complexity, material, factory and finish. Share the idea and target quantity; we will tell you what is realistic before you spend on development.

Do you handle quality control?

Yes. Products are checked against agreed specifications and the approved sample — in line and at end of line where applicable.

Can you help with export?

Yes. Development, production and export sit on the same method — packing, documentation, logistics and export coordination as agreed.

How do I start?

Use Start a Project — share your name, contact, product description and any references. We reply with sensible first steps.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, but it is not one fixed number across all products. Footwear, bags, garments, jewellery and home products each have different production realities, so we confirm the practical range after reviewing the brief.

Can you work from a sketch?

Yes. A sketch, references and constraints are enough to open a file.

Do you export?

Yes. Export coordination can include packing, documentation, logistics and dispatch planning as agreed for the project.
